॥ आप्तोपज्ञमनुल्लंघ्यमदृष्टैष्टविरोधकम्
तत्त्वोपदेशकृत्सार्वं शास्त्रं कापथघट्टनम् ॥
A true scripture is the one which is said by the passionless Omniscient Lords, remains undefeated by any arguments of the misbelievers, remains unopposed through direct or inferential knowledge, depicts the true nature of substances, benefit for all Souls, negates all the false paths and establishes the true one.
